This role combines customer service, sales, technology, and finance with a compassionate approach to patient care. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding families through their orthodontic journey—from treatment presentation and financial planning to scheduling and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and families, creating a positive and supportive experience

  • Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently

  • Review insurance eligibility, financial options, and payment plans with patients

  • Coordinate treatment scheduling and patient flow using digital systems

  • Build trust with families by providing caring, compassionate guidance

  • Support billing, claims, and pre-authorization processes

  • Maintain accurate patient records and financial agreements

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in dental, healthcare, sales, or customer service (orthodontics preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital scheduling, billing, and CRM systems

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
